As the company has expanded globally, our American portfolio of projects have been consolidated primarily within the Greater Houston Area, which is located in the southeastern section of the state of Texas near Galveston Bay, with a total area of 10,062 square miles, and a population of 7.06 million. It is centered on Harris County which is the third most populous county in the U.S., and contains the City of Houston which is the largest economic and cultural center of the Southern United States.

In 2017 the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis estimated the area's economic output at $490 billion, and the major trade anchored by the Port of Houston had the highest export value of all U.S. metro areas.   With multiple decades of above trend economic and population growth the Greater Houston region’s  affordability, positive business climate, and diverse and educated population will lead to a consolidation of its position as a major engine for global growth and innovation in the years to come.
