A long term focus is the key characteristic that unites all of the RDC projects, in this vein an understanding that the CO2 emission related to the built environment must be reduced for ecological and thus economic sustainability has become a key point in the companies decision.  Furthermore, RDC views total cost of ownership, and a design and material selection matrix created with waste reduction and the total lifecycle in mind as requisite considerations for future developments across the residential, commercial and industrial real estate market.  Rather than waiting for the inevitable, RDC has decided to take considered steps towards the creation of an innovative, economically sustainable and environmentally friendly development model.
