With the creation of the Enclave at Kleinbrook Raj Development Corporation introduced gated community development within the established Kleinbrook and Traces community. With homes built by RDC affiliate, Mint Homes, the realization of this project set a new standard for living and valuation in MUD 180.

TURNING A CONCEPT FOR GROWTH INTO A REALITY
As a new subdivision in the established Kleinbrook and Traces community, the Enclave at Kleinbrook served as a catalyst to realize RDC’s vision of redevelopment and value creation across the community, thus raising the bar for subsequent development across MUD 180. Comprising 60-70’ and oversized, cul-de-sac lots, the Enclave at Kleinbrook presented new options to the market, and established the capacity to support larger, custom homes ranging in size from 2,000 – 3,700 square feet. The community offers a brick frontage wall and controlled-access gate entry, with lush landscape in common areas.

ESTABLISHING A BENCHMARK FOR VALUE CREATION
Completing the development of this project provided a precedent for the highest sales prices in the community, and paved the way for subsequent developments to yield higher comparable sales versus resales in the established community. By addressing a new niche in the market and focusing on the creation of a high quality product RDC successfully created a new benchmark for all subsequent developments across MUD 180.
